what is the best cooling system for this summer heat considering, a 100 dollar budget?

the scene: one hot room in my house aproximately 12 feet by 7 feet. cannot get an ac unit because it will not be long enough till I move. fans do not cool the room, just move hot air faster. Ideally I was thinking something like a portable air conditioner unit. but these are expensive. I can only afford 100 USD. please help. thank you.

get a ceiling fan,,,it will help circulate the air and put a fan it the window facing out so that it will help draw out the hot air in the house and a fan on the other side where it is the coolest so you can bring in cool air, like if you have a tree that shades that part of the house. Circulation is what you need.
