ceiling fan benefits
How many of you sleep under a ceiling fan?

Do you think slpeeping under a ceiling fan promotes allergies? I some times do, but have no facts to prove this. Where could I get some facts on ceiling fans health risk or benefits.

I thought I already answered this one…. but here we go anyways… Using a ceiling fan will stir up dust and other air borne allergens, the key is if you have allergies is to keep the house clean especially when you are using a ceiling fan.

When, allergies turn into something worse, like Sinus infections breath in water from the shower or use a netty pot to clean the nose cavity out (of course, blow the water out of your nose good), this will help wash away all allergens from your nose. On days when your feeling pretty bad, run an Air Purifier, and if the humidity is high, turn on a DeHumidifier, just because the air is dry doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of humidity. Humidity will give you a feeling of a full or heavy chest when you try to breath or do any exercise.
Allergies affect everyone differently, and what once never bothered you can bother you when you get older or when other allergens move in to the area to aggravate the situation.

I dust my bedroom everyday, since that is where most of my time is at, the rest of the house gets vacuumed a lot and I do dust the rest of the house and even go to extremes to get it clean, but then I hate being sick with headaches and breathing problems from allergies.
