my neighbors have been blaring rap every morning at 6 am until atleast 10 every morning but usually longer. my fiancee works nights and i go to school at night, so by the time he gets home, and we get to bed it’s about 3 am. the music is loud enough to wake us over the air conditioner, a high velocity fan, and a very noisy old ceiling fan. what options do i have of dealing with this? from what i understand calling the police would be pointless because they won’t deal with it. i also don’t wan to confront them because they sound a bit violent. they are constantly screaming at each other, throwing things and slamming their door. any ideas?
